Alpine Tray SS675 is variable width (standard 400mm wide) tray roofing and cladding system, roll formed in single length trays and hidden fixed to solid and open purlin substrate.

Alpine Tray SS675 is a clip system profile that has a high rib (45mm) which accentuates its strong clean lines and this allows for installation over open purlin with confidence.

Alpine Tray SS675 is available in three different finishes:

  • Steel, zincalume and pre-finished (colorsteel or colorate). BMT 0.40mm, 0.55mm, 0.75mm
  • Copper. BMT 0.50mm, 0.7mm
  • Zinc. BMT 0.70mm

Alpine Tray is a variable width (Std 510mm wide) tray roofing and cladding system, roll formed in single length trays and hidden fixed to solid substrate.

Alpine Tray is available in three different profiles:

  1. Single Standing Seam (sometimes referred to as Angle Seam)
  2. Double Standing Seam
  3. Roll Cap

Alpine Tray is available in three different finishes:

  1. Steel, Zincalume and pre-finished (Colorsteel or Colorcote) BMT 0.40mm 0.55mm 0.75mm
  2. Copper BMT 0.50mm 0.70mm
  3. Zinc BMT 0.70mm

Clips: These are available in both stainless and galvanized and supplied to meet the specification. These are generally fixed at 600mm centres but this may vary according to the wind loadings and local conditions. Please see attached diagram for clip detail.

Fixings: As above these are supplied in what ever finish is specified and the length and size is determined as per the approved building code and the Metal Roofing Association Code of Practice.

Material Warranty: 15 years for perforation of metal, 15 years against coating failure.

Installation Warranty: 5 years for weatherproofing by substandard workmanship
